Collectively, the C&CC team have decades of senior experience working for local authorities and housing associations delivering multi-tenure developments.

Many of which are predominantly affordable housing including specialist and supported homes like NHS Healthcare keyworker schemes, refuges, learning disability projects and Extra Care older persons independent living accommodation.

This provides a direct expertise at a senior level that can be hard to find. We understand all facets of affordable housing having sourced, secured, and delivered opportunities procured in all kinds of ways via all kinds of differing deal. From a traditional land purchase with or without planning, to large joint ventures, to package deals, unconditional strategic land purchases and s106 deals.

The team have bid and secured, as well as successfully managed, affordable housing programme grant allocations of hundreds of millions of pounds allocated via Homes England and the Greater London Authority. We’ve individually and collectively managed grant programmes for housing associations and huge consortia allocations with many parties.

We are delighted to say we’ve supported clients with successful funding bids from other pots of Government subsidy too like the Housing Infrastructure Fund and Brownfield Land Remediation Fund. As well as advised and led on the application of Registered Provider status and Investment Partner status for clients.
